Kurt M. Eisgruber
Kurt M. Eisgruber concentrates his practice in the area of insurance defense. Mr. Eisgruber has extensive experience presenting civil jury trials throughout central Indiana as lead counsel and has practiced throughout the state. Mr. Eisgruber also served as a Marion County Deputy Prosecutor where he received a “Hard Time” award for successfully prosecuting numerous jury trials as lead counsel in the Sex Crime Unit of the office.
Mr. Eisgruber received his law degree from Indiana University, Indianapolis where he was a member of the Order of Barristers. He is a member of the Marion County Bar Association, Indiana Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and before the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Eisgruber is an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis where he teaches Introduction to Law. Mr. Eisgruber is a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary church where he serves as president of the parish council and is a mentor for the 5-6 grade class at St. Anthony’s School in Indianapolis.
Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Eisgruber served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Eisgruber is a member of the Kennington American Legion Post in Broad Ripple.
