Willis E. Huiras

Willis E. Huiras attended Ball State University on an academic scholarship. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. While at Ball State , Mr. Huiras earned the distinction of Dean's List every semester, culminating in the Outstanding Graduate, Department of Economics honor.

During law school, Willis was a Dean's Tutorial Fellow and served on the International and Comparative Law Review. He had the opportunity to clerk for the Honorable Jerry Barr during law school where he was exposed to myriad legal issues and litigation styles.

Mr. Huiras has litigated cases in nearly every county in Indiana . He also regularly appears in federal district and bankruptcy courts, including the 7 th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Personally, Mr. Huiras enjoys his friends, training for and running marathons, mountain biking, political commentary and spending as much time as he can with his wife Cat and son Charlie.
