P. Adam Davis is the Senior Managing Member of Davis & Sarbinoff, and his practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of both established and emerging businesses. Mr. Davis has extensive business law experience and routinely represents clients in the areas of business services and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, franchise law, entertainment law, business expansion, securities law, commercial real estate, zoning and land use, trademark and copyright, business capitalization, financing and succession planning, regulatory compliance and professional licensing, and complex business litigation (administrative, trial, and appellate practice). Mr. Davis is a published author, has lectured on various topics related to business law, and has established a wide array of emerging businesses.
