P. Adam Davis

P. Adam Davis is the Senior Managing Partner of Davis & Sarbinoff, LLP, and his practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of both established and emerging businesses. Mr. Davis has extensive business law experience and routinely represents clients in the areas of business services and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business expansion, securities and franchise law, real estate, zoning and land use, trademark and copyright, business capitalization, financing and succession planning, regulatory compliance and professional licensing, and complex business litigation (administrative, trial and appellate practice).

Mr. Davis is a published author and has lectured on various topics related to business law, established a wide array of emerging businesses, and routinely deals in business acquisitions ranging from smaller deals to large multi-million dollar transactions. Mr. Davis represents an array of businesses, including but not limited to restaurants, bars and retailers, real estate investors and developers, franchisors and franchisees, medical offices, title companies, mortgage companies, engineering firms, and manufacturing facilities.
